Joe Biden has responded to the constant questions about his intention to pack the courts by giving the swampiest response he could: he wants to create a commission to study the issue that would provide recommendations beyond adding Justices to the Supreme Court.
WATCH: In an interview with Joe Biden for @60Minutes, @CBSEveningNews' @NorahODonnell pressed Biden on his position on so-called "court packing." It's a controversial proposal that would add justices to the Supreme Court, from its current nine.

That’s right. The Democratic standard-bearer is proposing a radical takeover of the country’s court system that threatens the balance of power between the nation’s three distinct branches of government.
Biden is under a lot of pressure from the radical insurgents in the Democratic Party. Demand Justice, run by Brian Fallon, has put pressure on Biden to pack the courts and even went after Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein, demanding she is removed as the leader of Democrats on the committee for the sin of being civil towards her colleagues.
He knows that the left-wing base of the party is expecting systemic changes to American life in order to rig the system in their favor.
.@LindseyGrahamSC tells me of Biden’s new court-packing comments re: a commission:
“No idea what he's talking about. He's, he's got people breathing down his neck.”
If Dems win it all, “They’re going to pack the court and Joe's not gonna be able to stop it.”

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have both been running out the clock on court-packing since the question was asked weeks ago. Biden said voters don’t deserve to know and Harris twice dodged the question in post-debate interviews.
