Yesterday, in an event at Georgetown Law School, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg praised fellow justice Brett Kavanaugh for hiring an all-female clerk staff – a first for the Supreme Court and the first time in history that more women will be law clerks than men.
