Missouri Rising has launced a TV, radio and digital ad campaign urging the state legislature to pass common sense tort reform legislation to stop trial lawyers’ frivolous lawsuits attacking Missouri job creators.
The ad, titled “Judicial Hellhole,” points out that St. Louis has been labeled as the country’s number one “Judicial Hellhole,” and that legal reform is essential to stopping trial lawyers’ attacks on Missouri companies and jobs. The ads will run on stations in St. Louis, Jefferson City, and statewide on digital and social media platforms.
