During tonight’s debate, Hillary Clinton doubled-down on President Obama’s plan to make the Supreme Court the most liberal it has been in decades:
The New York Times reported that a liberal appointee to the Supreme Court, such as Merrick Garland, would make the Supreme Court the most liberal it has been in 50 years. As America Rising Squared pointed out when Garland was nominated, he would be, “the ideal judge to move the Supreme Court to the left and cement President Obama’s liberal legacy for decades into the future.”

In order to protect The Constitution, the next Supreme Court pick needs to be in the mold of Justice Scalia and ensure that freedoms for all Americans will be upheld, not undermined.
