In an interview with Neil Cavuto today, AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka again praised President Trump’s nominee for Labor Secretary, lauding his record and saying that deserves “serious consideration.”
NEIL CAVUTO: But Acosta, the new Labor Secretary choice, you like him more, right?
AFL-CIO PRESIDENT RICHARD TRUMKA: Much more. He’s been a public servant, he has a record of enforcing the laws that he’s been put in charge of, whether it’s the NLRB or elsewhere. We think he deserves absolute serious consideration, yes.
