Hillary Clinton just completed the shift. By campaigning with Bernie Sanders tomorrow in New Hampshire, she has now confirmed that the Democratic Party is no longer the party of JFK and her husband. She has chosen her side and made the ultimate decision that the Bernie Sanders-Elizabeth Warren wing of the Democratic Party is now in control.
Bernie Sanders has been adamant that he would not support Hillary Clinton unless she backed his radical, beyond the fringe ideas. And in the interest of party politics, which is always Clinton’s top priority, she relented.
Just look at all the wins Sanders scored in this past week’s Democratic Party Platform meeting. 20 years after Bill Clinton declared that “the era of big government is over,” the Party his wife now leads has codified a document that represents the greatest expansion of government in American history.

With left wing extremists now in control of the Democratic Party, the real loser is the American people. That is the antithesis of the American idea but one that now, unfortunately, the Democratic Party has embraced.
