A few minutes ago, ex-Democrat Sen. Bob Kerrey (D-NE) praised Judge Gorsuch & went so far as to say he’d probably vote for him if he were still in the Senate, despite the indefensible filibuster efforts from some of his former colleagues:
FORMER SEN. BOB KERREY: “I think Merrick Garland was completely qualified. I think Gorsuch is, especially replacing Scalia. I mean I’d probably vote for him.”
FORMER SEN. BOB KERREY: “But Gorsuch I think would be a terrific Associate Justice on the bench.”
