Despite Senate Republicans standing strongly together behind the commitment to allow the American people to weigh in on the current Supreme Court vacancy, Judge Garland appears anxious to take a seat on the Court and start rubber stamping President Obama’s liberal agenda.

He’s so anxious to swing the court in a radically liberal direction that he took the step of submitting an unwarranted questionnaire to the Senate Judiciary Committee.

This misstep is just another example of how the White House’s attempts to circumvent the voice of the American people and change the makeup of the Supreme Court has been a total failure.
